Default Got suspended for nothing ((

I am new here, just want to say Hello to everybody and share my story
. I was top rated seller on ebay for 4 years. A month ago got suspended from paypal account without giving me any reason and they hold my money for 180 days.

Even though, I did not have my paypal anymore, my ebay store was still running and I made not bad sales with other payment methods such as scrill and propay.

Yesterday, ebay closed my store stating that I have issues with paypal and of my selling practices (btw, almost 2,000 positive feedbacks, power & top rated seller).

When I call to ebay customer service, the representatives are saying that they don't know why my account was closed, I did such a great job on ebay.

Hopefully, the book and the forum would help me as it was only my income.

That's right - there is ALWAYS a reason - whether your fault or the way the system is seeing you...could be the products you sell, etc.

Welcome to the forums - all the best.

It must have been pretty severe, whatever the reason. PayPal will not USUALLY close a 4 year old account with a good track record unless they suspect you are selling phakes, or are suspected of some other type of fraudulent activity.

Of course, that does not mean PayPal is RIGHT, but there is always a reason.

Welcome to the forum, mashka

That's the bad thing. paypal always has a reason but seldom tells the seller the truth.

Now you have joined us look forward to finding out how to beat ebay. That's always a good reason.

It doesn't sound like you tried hard enough to get your account back. If this is a legit account that you are selling legit items from, then you should fight for it. Don't just let one ignorant eBay rep tell you that there is nothing they can do...call 10, 20, 30 times until you are damn sure that the account is gone.

You may have the best luck in the Utah call center as opposed to the others. Every rep you speak to will tell you something different. Certain reps have the access or supervisor that can help you out if you reach out to them the right way. Use slight variations of your story and you will see which one gets you further and the best responses.

A legit account is a gold mine in comparison to stealth as long as you can keep it alive.

I have the attitude that if I worked hard and did everything right you can damn sure bet you I will drill them to death if they take one of my accounts down.

I do everything right, communicate, ship fast, etc and describe my items with lots of pictures and if they are going to allow some scumbag buyer to take me down then I want to know why.

Eb and pp both lie, they will never tell you the exact reason but they will always go back to their well trained little brains that you are a risk to their great community. Then I always ask wait a minute, I have all 5.0's, 100%, all perfect transactions, verified etc and I am the risk? Please explain why I am the risk here?

I have got back many account doing this a long while back so never give up.

I dont lose accounts anymore so I have not been on the phone to defend myself but I will when and if I get a good account taken down for something that is not my fault.

Never give up and never give in if you are in the right.

You know what start several businesses with eb.

You simply cannot trust them and they will drain you dry in court with lawyer fees.

Might as well just get working on creating several small businesses and never have to worry about them screwing you over again.
