Default Cross border agreement?

I have been selling with no problems for 3 months and when I listed today a pop up came up asking me to agree to then CROSS BORDER AGGRMENT? So I aggred and kept listing.. What is this? And should I be worried or it's nothing and just a update? After I got a email saying thank you for accepting the supplementary user aggrement for sellers.

You worry me.

In that much of hurry to list, you agree to something you know nothing about.

Sign back into your ebay account and read the info

https://scgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.d...ecoupAgreement
Pertains to duties fees etc

It might be that you never sold anything overseas. It looks like you might have started.
