Paypal's last security update

I guess Paypal's last security update some weeks ago banned some of the gift cards that I have been using to confirm AVS on Paypal.

Guess I need to find a new one.

Anyone have any problems with this since last month?

I was using $15 Visa gift cards. It does not have any name on the gift cards, it just says A gift for you" and 4 small colored pictures of presents. The cards come in a package of 3 at $15 each and $3.95 or $4.95 service fee.

They have worked fine since I lasted made a paypal account about 3 weeks ago, until now. I tried twice on 2 different cards and would not accept it.

There have been MAJOR problems in the USA this past week.

The regular babies appear not to be working.
