Changing user ID

Just changed the user ID on an account thinking all the feedback would disappear from it , but it hasn't does anybody know why ?

I am sure I did this a few years back and all the feedback went off it (back to zero) like a fresh start.

Is there a way to start a fresh 0 feedback ? Not a stealth one though as this one has no limits ;-) but got some negatives on it from 2007 beyond my control
