Few questions about UK eBay accounts

USA accounts are real pain to make them work well. Are UK accounts getting MC999 so fast? What about calling to eBay and trying to get account back? Do they have public databases? What they are asking for unlimiting account?

What have you read in the UK postings? Nothing to make me believe that it is any easier on that platform...
