How to answer eBay buyers questions

Ive listed some items and have received enquiries from interested buyers. Before I was banished from eBay I simply replied using the eBay form sent from the interested buyers, now I'm lost what to do, question: do I use this same method as before or reply some other way, I know eBay have some codes in the buyers address but would hate it if my old eBay details suddenly appeared on their systems OUCH!!!?

I've set up a new user account on my computer and up to press all is well
