MC999 Restriction Problem Need Advise

I need help with getting around the MC999 restriction. Whenever I create a new account and list a item I wait and usually within a couple of hours I receive the restriction advising me to contact eBay. Now up until now this has not been a problem for me. But there seems something has changed on eBay side because now they instantly can see the name and address on the linked Paypal account.

I tried removing Paypal as a payment method and adding a Vanilla Visa. I changed the registration info and called in, got the rep to lift the restriction but within 3 hours the account was suspended for suspicious activity.

Can someone please help me out. I just lost a $50 Paypal account because of this.

I suggest reading the Stealth Book. It has all the information you need to start clean. The accounts you have are probably already lost and can't be brought back, but I am no expert.

Your post is unclear.
Is the info on your ebay and paypal not the same? From the way you put it it sure sounds that way. Thats a big no no.
Also, there are so many different variables that come into play here. One of the biggest is the item youre trying to sell. Also, how old is this account? Did you follow all the stealth guide guidelines with regards to activity on the account BEFORE you start selling with it?
We need a lot more info in order to give you advice on this.

What is going on here? This is NOT new...are you trying to push eb and pp in DIFFERENT names through? That's a problem.

Me too. My new account suppend after list item. Don't know reason. New address new phone number item not in high risk catalog.

You guys make new Windows user accounts. I think cookies or flash cookies might be getting you. Part of the reason why the stealth guide is soo important

It goes beyond the new user account. I had several account that received this error in the past as well and it was on a new user account on new ebay accounts that I let age for several weeks before ever using.
I find that creating a bit of a history for the account works well to avoid this though. Browse around, post bids on item you know you cant possibly win and win a few cheap its and pay for them. From my experience every time I follow this route it works well.

if it's getting flagged immediately, they are finding something to link you somehow.....probably is helpful if you use the steps you use to create your accounts, which i'm assuming are stealth?
