I`m using a Free VPN even when I did not use a VPN keeps happening ebay wants a Credited Card on file for buying & a Verified phone number did this twice
& both accounts suspended

- Fresh Windows Account
- Google Phone
- Ghost VPN

A VPN, you are hiding your IP, which is why they are requesting info.

Have you had too many complaints in purchasing items?
Maybe you can try using a gift card and GV?

You have paid no attention to suggested method here....yet you wonder why ebay suspends you?
