Default Checking multiple emails from same IP

Is it still safe to view multiple email accounts on 1 user account and the same IP where they wont link? On a Laptop that is....one account is an aol email the others are gmail.

I just want to make sure its still safe to do...I havent been able to find anything recent on this topic.

THanks

It is when you disable to load external images in emails. (There is an option for this in Gmail, not sure about AOL)

I suggest you to use Thunderbird, I manage more thang 20 emails with this free tool.
Remember to select option that do not allow download remote content in the email to avoid ebay/paypal tracking your email activities

So ALL you have to do with Thunderbird is to check off "Don't allow downloading of remote content"...? - And then you can read e-mails from within Thunderbird without problems or eBay/PayPal tracking you?

I thought you also had to "not allow pictures to be displayed" or something. Just text. Or is what you mentioned above, the same thing?

And I've seen someone on here say that a 3rd party e-mail app will expose your IP???

Or is that ONLY when you send/try replying to the eBay message?

Cause I think I'd only read/view the e-mail. And to reply, I'd go log in - just to be safe.

For your gmail account by default its set to disabled so that being said you can look at the info within the email but DO NOT click on anything or respond. Even if I am on the correct account with correct ip, etc I never respond through email. I reply to ebay messages only through the ebay website just to be safe. Not sure how aol is but this is how I do it with gmail and have no issues. Hope this helps

Thanks for the replies. Images seems to be turned off by default with aol as well. Where the image should be it just says "Paypal logo" I just wanted to be sure there was nothing new that I needed to look out for.

I appreciate the replies.
