Default Shipping label freeze/ Pitney Bowes Issue

Has anyone else been experience the label freeze that has been happening over the past two weeks? I have a masters in IT and I cannot figure out what the heck is going on.

At first I thought it was an outdated version of Java and then I thought my browser may need the cookies cleaned.

However, both of these did not remedy the issue. For those who aren't sure what I am talking about, both PayPal and eBay freeze up when printing shipping labels after you have already paid for the label.

This causes you to have to issue a void label request and then explain to your buyer what is going on.

When you ship as much as I do this becomes a very expensive, very annoying issue. Has anyone experienced this? If so, is there a workaround?

Have you tried different computers or completely different connections? I have not had any problems but this topic has been brought up in the past so it isn't the first time it has happened.

Well, the last time this was brought up it was the connection that was causing the service to time out or simply not get a response from the PB server. I am sorry I cannot offer more help.

yes that problem was happening when printing labels via a mifi. it has since been fixed although since that point i have been using stamps.com. did you try that alternative? depending on the service you are using ( you can't use parcel or first class), you can do the label on usps.com
