I just got an elaborate buyer story about how she can't pay for the item now she's bidding on... Because of medical reasons.

She just used buy it now on another account of mine to buy the item...

The recent one that I had was:

"Hello, I am messaging you to inform you that I will not be able to pay for the item. (this is nov 9th mind you.) I am leaving on the 21th and I will be out of the state and going to Connecticut where I wont have internet access and be able to pay. Thank you"

Im sorry you wont have almost 2 weeks to pay for your item before your trip....

it might be true, so I have always not made a fuss...

I used it once as a seller haha, totally forgot the auctions existed as they were feedback generators, I apologised for delay with 'in hospital' and sending them out asap, got lots of 'it's ok, hope you feel better!' way to make me feel guilty!!!!

Thread was cleaned up.

Topic is in the title. "Funny buyer stories"

Topic is not about what we do to non-paying buyers.

Running two accounts in the UK.

Listed the same item, a T shirt.

For obvious reasons, different backgrounds wording etc.

Cow of a buyer asked for a refund because the other listing looked better.
Refunded with pleasure
Mind she paid extra for delivery

tell them to stir boiled egg water with it..that will get rid of tarnish as it will turn it nice and black..
