buying an ebay account but not US based in ref to eBay Stealth

Hello,

I was selling ebooks and in 3 months, i got 250 positives and 1 neg however suddenly it got limited to selling.

So I thought of buying an established account however, I am based in the Philippines and what's been sold are US, CA, UK ebay accounts.

If I am to buy a US ebay account, would eBay limit it if I log in being based in the Philippines? i read in eBay Stealth that proxies are not recommended besides proxies IP changes every now and then.

Welcome to the forums.

IP is big to eB and PP so yes you could be blocked. Get a US IP via VPS or some service.

eBooks are always looked upon negatively by eB - what kind of ebooks did you sell?

I sell ebooks on different topics with resell rights.. may i know what VPS are you referring to and how does that work?

Google up VPS - (read around the forums too) - you get your own Dedicated IP line...you can get a US IP or whatever country.
