of course provide it - this is not a fight, they just asked for info.

you buy from scrapyards, well run around and get some receipts if poss, if not make them..

and explain, this is how you buy USED car parts...they are just covering themselves.

if they say no after that, well you tried.

Already on the case mate :) Fingers crossed

Well tomorrow I will submit all the files to paypal, I have just been waiting for the item I sold to get delivered, due to xmas the courier was being slow but its delivery date is tomorrow.

I have everything in place to submit just need the tracking to say delivered!

Is it best to submit all documents in 1 go instead of doing say most today and the proof of delivery tomorrow?

moneyhustler88 12-27-2012 11:19 AM

i would give them a call and let them know..

vxmotorsport 12-28-2012 08:17 AM

well all my docs are now submitted and "being reviewed" so lets see if this account gets chucked or not

moneyhustler88 12-28-2012 11:01 AM

Good luck buddy

vxmotorsport 12-28-2012 11:58 AM

Right,

They have accepted all my I'd, invoices etc they have green ticks. but emailed me this:

All information is correct except the mobile number on account I assume? So I guess they want me to add a new phone number? Does this mean they tried to call me?

Shal I just add a new number? If so what's the best way in the uk so it verifys my address?

Cheers

YESSSS

just got the email "your paypal account has been restored"

moneyhustler88 12-28-2012 12:19 PM

So you basically got your account unlimited? Hmm very interesting..but fantastic news..if you don't mind me asking how did you get over the last message you posted from paypal? PM me if you don't want to post the answer here..just I'm very interested by your story..it's made me wonder if I gave up the fight with some of my stealth's a bit too early..

vxmotorsport 12-28-2012 12:22 PM

I didnt do anything mate I was waiting for advice from here and they restored access...

And yes I just need to confirm the credit card on file 2-3 days and then its unlimited stealth.

I have always fight my accounts but never ever won... I think I am finally starting to understand stealth as they have not linked this account... only taken me nearly a year to learn lol.

vxmotorsport 12-28-2012 12:44 PM

25/£750 limit instead of 10/£650.

Now im going to stop pushing this account and let it age :)

But hey, note to everyone... Dont always give up!

moneyhustler88 12-28-2012 01:02 PM

I see..so originally..your account was limited?..now restored and unlimited? Sorry just trying to understand here as you seem to be the only UK member I know who's got unlimited..

My paypal account yeh?

Usually when I get limited I get asked to verify all my ID, this time they didnt ask that, however I submitted documents with my ID anyway and they accepted them.

And yes my £1900 limit is almost gone, it says once I confirm the code they have sent to my card on file the limit will be removed... so no receiving/withdraw limit.

I guess if your completely stealth, have solid documents etc why would they have a reason to not believe you are who you say you are?

OP's account received a 'soft' limitation until some transactional information was clarified.

This should not be confused with a full limitation i.e. when p/p decide to close the account.

@ OP, you say your £1900 limit is "almost" gone?

Not sure what you mean by this as the card verification code is not really required to remove the £1900 receiving limit, normally only ID and address docs are required for this.

I assume from what you have said that the limit is still in place?

Yeh its still in place at the mo but I already had my ID docs reviewed and accepted, now when I click lift limit it says final step confirm credit card attached on file...

But that is going to take 2-3 days so I cant say for sure what will happen after?

Just saying what my account says at this moment in time

NoneOther 12-28-2012 01:51 PM

Interesting.

Never had to wait for receiving limit to be removed after submitting docs, always been done right away irrespective of attached card being confirmed or not.

Will wait for your update

vxmotorsport 12-28-2012 01:52 PM

Its the same as what this guy had to do mate...

I only have to wait as the code takes 2-3 days to show on my entropay statement

http://www.aspkin.com/forums/paypal-...behaviour.html

NoneOther 12-28-2012 01:58 PM

Not quite how I read it as you have actually submitted docs, he didn't on any of the accounts.

So in my experience this should have removed your £1900 limit once the docs were accepted as a confirmed card attached to an account would not be required for this as the docs supplied confirm the address registered on the account.

vxmotorsport 12-28-2012 02:13 PM

remember my docs were submitted to raise my limitation not my £1900 limit.

TBH I have no idea, just thats what paypal says so thats the steps ive taken mate, I will let you know the outcome

NoneOther 12-28-2012 02:39 PM

Have you not submitted a copy of driving license or passport and utility bill then?

If you haven't then it would explain why the card confirmation is outstanding.

If you have then this should also lift the £1900 limit at the same time, if it doesn't lift when you confirm the card you will need to contact them to have it removed.

vxmotorsport 12-28-2012 03:04 PM

Only a utlity bill from my limitation, they didnt ask for photo ID.

So once the cards confirmed should it lift or will I need to submit the photo ID?

I guess you have lifted this a few times as you seem to know the process lol.

NoneOther 12-28-2012 04:06 PM

No, you will need to submit photo ID to lift the £1900 limit

vxmotorsport 12-28-2012 04:16 PM

Ahh, well I have all the ID to submit, but not sure I want to do it just yet I will let it age a little more
