Ideal Bank for Paypal

It seems that at the moment ING is not working with Paypal. Yes, this is old news, but I only recently discovered it because most of my Paypal accounts were made a long time ago. Now I am searching for an ideal virtual bank.

Has anyone found a virtual bank that allows unlimited sub account creation and works with Paypal?

I use Wachovia, maybe you can try that.

I heard citibank has sub accounts, check to make sure first though. I just read about it.

I'm going to probably try Wachovia. If anyone else knows of any "ideal" banks, be sure to post them here.
