Very well said! If an accountant suspects or has any reason to believe there is illegal activities involved he has to report a person to relevant authorities(varies in different situations). Any serious accountant will refuse to do any work for you because he will not want to be involved..

Not all accountants are bad.. You can get some really good advice on how to reduce your tax liability or even avoid paying tax. Avoidance is not a crime!
