Obviously, some people do move house. And I've seen that said a lot on this forum.
But do eBay/PayPal accept that people move house? Could you not keep your real address, change your name and, if eBay questions it, just say you've recently moved to the property? Would they buy it?
Not that I'm planning on testing it but I just wondered if they'd believe you. Because if not, every banned address would never allow a genuine new resident to be registered!

Ive tried it before leaving a gap of around 3 years from old to new .
Was going fine for a while until i was reviewed and they spotted the products were the same as a previously banned member ..
So who knows if the products had not matched it may have been fine.
I wont be trying it again though .
