question, so i sold a item on ebay for 1600 and got paid via pp today. i have the shipped with pp usps confirmed shipping (legit). now i have 1570 (minus fees) in my account that i would like to send to someone overseas for some stuff im buying... it would be all of the available balance i have in pp, all 1570... so would this be a good idea to send 1570 via pp to him today? should i wait? how long if so? what type/service should i select if i do end up sending it to him.

my pp is legit and i do not want to get it limited and i know pp is just super weird like that... any help?

Ring Paypal and tell them what you want to do - they CAN be very helpful.

If you are sending the money to China I wouldn't bother.

Draw down to your own bank - say 4 drawings - wait until the first one shows completed though - make the first one $100, 2nd $500 and so on until you have the money out

If you just try to empty the account they will stomp all over you
