Default MC999 SUSPENSION: Safety and Security AGAIN

My own account was suspended in June. I bought a new computer and set up some new accounts with my family and friend's info. Everything was fine.
I set up another one with new windows user, new google email , new phone number (google voice) and new ip (HMA). I haven't even tried to sell anything yet. I assume the account is just a buyer account. I got this MC999 message.
How did i get linked? They are even asking me to provide ID to prove. Why?

Hello @@@@@gmail.com,

Your eBay account has been suspended because recent account activity has raised serious security concerns. We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm--even unintentionally--to the eBay community.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to use eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account.

Any outstanding fees are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven't previously disputed will be charged to the billing method currently on file.

We appreciate your understanding.

Thanks,

eBay

Ebay doesn't like VPN's, I use HMA also but not for ebay/paypal if I did my accounts would go down just like yours.

Maybe I'm being naive by saying this but it seems like you guys make a lot of money using stealth accounts. Why not just go get a new service like clear, virgin mobile or cricket? They only cost like $50 a month.

All relative - if you make big sales, you can afford to.

I used to pay $55 for cricket for my phone and EB/PP phone tethering. I have a Clear 4g USB for my laptop for fast speeds, $40/month.
I have now switched to Virgin mobile for $45/month for phone and EB/PP tethering. I might cancel Clear pretty soon cuz I have 400 ovies I need to watch. I don't yet have big sales to go send like crazy on new phones and plans. $45/month is good enough for me, I get phone and internet.

I like HMA since they have a larger range of ip's that can change whenever you want.

Yeah they are a good service for things like that. alright well off to create some new accounts....Using random names and addresses. Not feeling like wasting money on a ups box yet. I just go with one of the top 10 names used in america.
