VPS for Stealth IPs

I did a search before posting this and didn't find any good information on it...

I have two stealth accounts from August 2010 complete with Paypal/Ebay/Gmail setup and ready to go. They've been dormant since then. I've never used them.
However the problem is they are each about 1000 miles away from me in a different part of the US. If I use my Verizon modem and I'm in Orlando and the stealth 1 is in Atlanta and stealth 2 is in Dallas, that's going to throw up red flags based on my IP. So my question:

Is using a VPS close to each of these locations an option i.e. any recommendations on something that won't be red flagged by Ebay and PP?

as long as you are in the us and change your ip you should be fine

Thank you! After spending an hour reading through the IP forum, I found this post:

Which essentially says the same thing. This should really be in a Stealth FAQ somewhere. I'm thinking of writing one for myself.
