Uploading 'documents' to Paypal

I've heard from somewhere before that you should never upload these documents and always fax? Why is that? The driver licence I faxed in is apparently not clear enough to read... they accepted the utility bill though.

They always say its 'not clear' on fax..i've never heard about faxing tbh..i've scaned documents and never had probs

If the quality is good enough, upload a scan of the license.

Never heard the whole fax not upload thing before.

Just make sure everything is stealth when uploading, user account on pc, ip address ect as they will be reviewing your account! 1 slip up and your gone!
