yes you have basically triggered a flag, an automated one probably..
I never had a problem with savings acc, but some people say the have failed and that there is a knack to adding them, not sure where the thread is but think it involves being ready to input the code as soon as it hits the bank, before the savings acc gets removed, it is ok to re-add the bank and sometimes you have to message paypal to add it for you again, which they usually do. When there is a limitation issue though, not sure if procedure is the same so maybe someone else can chip in on this....
