Why US people buy Paypal VCC???

I don't understand why a US person have to buy VCC for Paypal at a double/triple price when they can buy it anywhere local and have a control of the actual card itself? And the card expire in 7-8 years.

Any why have to buy VCC from the seller from Vietnam and India???

Could anyone please explain.

Ages back , the choice was made to assist newly suspended sellers have a sort of stream-lined system to get back to ebay.

People are busy working, people may be unsure as to what to buy to work. People find it easier to sit at a computer screen and order online.
Say you live in the North East of the USA, the weather has hardly been suitable to go out to a local supermarket to buy a card. Cards were made available from the forum for those reasons.
What happens to many sellers when they get suspended or a paypal limited is they panic. They have problems working out how to start all over again with ebay/paypal.
Forum assists them.

Being the #1 reason is convenience and making sure you get the right VCC the 1st time without trial and error.
