Anyone like or use them? I see their new rates are lowering...Just would be nice to still accept Paypal payment, but not use a Paypal account...

Transaction Fees:
Each Transaction
5.5% of the transaction total, plus $0.45

Promotional Transaction Rate (accounts established after April 1, 2013)
2.9% of the transaction total, plus $0.30

International Sales Fee (accounts established after April 1, 2013)
1.0%, when applicable
2CO may, in its sole discretion, assess a higher Transaction Fee for certain Products offered by Sub-Merchant if 2CO determines that the sale of any Product(s) creates a potential or actual financial or reputational risk to 2CO, such as those Products which constitute Restricted Products.

I have been using 2CO for many years without a problem. And as you say you can accept PayPal, but not use a PayPal account.

How are you using it with Paypal? Ebay only accepts authorize.net for payments with them outside of Paypal. I don't believe 2CO works with Authorize.net?
