I received this limitation

PayPal is constantly working to ensure security by regularly screening the accounts in our system. We recently reviewed your account, and we need more information to help us provide you with a secure service. Until we can collect this information, your access to sensitive account features will be limited. We would like to restore your access as soon as possible, and we apologise for the inconvenience.

Why is my account access limited?

How can I get my account access restored?

what do i do as some fields can not be completed and some items do not have invoices as they are vero.

I have money in account too, so any help would be greatful

Which fields are you having you problems with SPECIFICALLY - be clear.

Invoices can be handled by sending a pm to GreenBean for guidance. Rest of steps seem pretty straightforward.

ok well firstly it wont let me confirm the bank account i already have confirmed to it and dont really want to waste another bank account. any ideas on this??

secondly its the same with the credit debit card on confirm location...saying card is already linked. Do i get a new one??

on the proof of delivery it says provide proof of delivery for all the items in the box below. There are no items in the box so i click continue and it says no evidence is provided. i'm confused as i have no idea what they want me to do??

finally it just asks either for invoices of supplier details??

any help could & would be very helpful.

Your bank account has already verified it? You wont need another.

Are you able to get supplier details? The rest of the info seems in place except for that tracking stuff.

If you need some creativity on invoicing, you would also pm GreenBean. Once you submit that info, you would like have to call up PP to get all checkmarks in place and get it reviewed.

no cant get supplier details...so how do i overcome this. Also i am getting the impression i can not use my own phone on with held as they can still trace me...is this correct?? thanks for guidance so far.

As for the credit card, you are using Entropay correct? When you click on validate account for phone call does it ask you to enter new credit card details?

When i see accounts asking for all that it is usually history and pp is just trying to get more data before the slam the door completely shut. When i get those i try to salvage any refunds i can do and hope the people pay again, you woukd be surprised some people will pay again if you explain it.

Hi no this is all the info that is given...i can not just add new bank or new credit card. All i need to know is can i call them on a with held number or do i have to use a whole different phone??

no they can see the number i believe even if you do withhold it

call them on a mobile, buy a new sim, put some credit on it

Use a new different number or (I did this recently for a mc999 limitation) I called with Skype - toll-free call

What type of bank account is already on your profile?

Confirm your card is entropay too please.

Been some glitches for nearly the past month with paypal UK.

Did your account not have a working phone number already on it?

@levi6482, also realize that if you were selling high risk items - even if you do provide all this info, you may get denied.
