Default How to know when you only have 1 QTY left?

Is there anyway to get notified when I only have one item left on a BIN ebay listing without having to check them all everytime?

I keep basic spreadsheets with itinerary levels on them.

The real trick is to keep this balanced with stock levels on the ebay listings.

But it's hard because I split up my inventory between BIN and Auctions, you know what I mean?

I know exactly what you mean. My main inventory is split over three accounts all with shops. Very difficult to keep tabs on.

This is my big peave forever with eb. Especially if you subscribe to a store. I mean how much effort would it take them to add a function to alert you when inventory gets down to a configurable level. I would like to know when I have 3 left of an item so I have time to restock.

Otherwise there are some third party apps that might work for you. Ki Quantity is prolly the best of the bunch for doing what we need and is only a buck a month. Problem is it only monitors 1 acct at time but I guess it's better than nothing.

On the auction listing itself (if you check for your auction), you should be able to see how many product quantity remaining.

If the OP stated he splits between BIN and auction, how does this answer the issue?

You can subscribe to Selling Manager Pro for £5/month here in the UK. Among other features it will also let you set up stock alerts for this very purpose.
