Default Not limited but.....

On one of my stealth accounts I have sold 3 items and have 2 listed that will sell. I had another item not sell and when I went to re-list I got a message I hit category limits and could relisted in 30 days blah blah.

Not selling Vero but used men's clothing, but no Ralph Lauren or high value. Should I call them and explain what I am doing?

I have already had the mc999 on other accounts that I have stealth. Like 4 out of 10. All those I called and was able to get every one restored. So I am comfortable in calling. But not sure on what they might be looking for?

I am going to wait until after my sales are done tomorrow night, but was hoping for advice on what I maybe in for. Not looking to get my limits raised, but just be able to sell more than 5 per month in the men's clothing category.

Bump! Anyone? I hit the same thing with several of my accounts now when I tried to list last night. I can list 10 items per month, but after hitting 5 in this category, it blocks it unless I identify. Then I click to list, verify my info is correct, and then it goes to a screen and says it cannot verify my identity.

I have auctions ending on these and don't want to mess with them until after. I am wondering what to do. Should I take one account and call? I believe they will just want to verify that I am the one selling blah blah blah.

I would not call - you are asking to be hit with ID verification. The limits are in place because you need to establish your account over time.

In your place, I would just make a new account - doesnt take long.

If you decide to call, be ready with documents...or worse, you could be suspended. Just fyi

1. Your account is new

2. You are selling in high risk category

Even if your limit is 10 items and you are not selling anything VERO you will still get category limit on a new account.

Ya makes sense. I wrote 30 days on the board for those accounts. So basically it is 5 not 10 now ofr 90 days. Better than nothing...

In their eyes you technically are asking for the limits to be raised.

Has inherent risks as outlined in other posts.

Proceed with caution

More accounts needed to spread sales out thus getting almost no limits on what you can sell.
