Default Where do I upload Paypal documents?

Paypal requested documents, but when I log into my account I can't find the page where I would upload them. The screenshot below shows my account status - anyone got any suggestions?

I know. But even up until a few days ago another 'task' I would have needed to complete was to fax in my documents - I can't see that anymore.

Mind you, I haven't had £1700 worth of funds in my account yet - so maybe that's why?

Looking at my inbox as well I had the following e-mail after I confirmed my debit card:

Congratulations! Your withdrawal limit has now been lifted. You can now withdraw unlimited funds from your PayPal account.

Please keep in mind that there is a minimum withdrawal amount. For more information, go to

https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/?c...l-fees-outside

To withdraw funds, log in to your account, go to the "Withdraw" subtab of the "My Account" tab and follow the instructions.

Yours sincerely,
PayPal

So is that is? No documents for Paypal?

From the main Paypal screen. Click on "View Limits". The receiving limit should then be seen. Check the box and press "Lift Limit". Follow the steps and then docs will be requested.

There are so many glitches with UK Paypal at the moment, it won't surprise me if there are problems when attempting the above.

All the best.

Yep, looks like another glitch. Good old Paypal.

Just sell on the account until they request the docs to lift the limit.

All the best.

This account is only around a week old. It's all legit details which is why I wanted to submit documents.

Some members are suggesting that Paypal are taking a closer look the paper work so I would have wanted to get it out the way.

You want to give things to pp that they are not asking for yet? I mean what are going to tell them you are sending documents and how do you know you need to send them. Remember the more info you give them the less you have to use later When the acct goes down, just cause its all legit does not mean pp will keep it open

@danshan

It is different for the UK.
Accounts there have to submit documents to remove a £1900 anti-money laundering limit.
The OP has a business account. This is not unreasonable to submit the paperwork so early. paypal suggest it. They state something along the lines of sellers who know they will sell over £1650 can submit documents.

There may be a chance of issues later. Doing it early can also work.
