why cant i get a new ebay account running..what am i doing wrong

I dont list for 3 weeks and just buy some feedback with a few low cost items
take your time its all been mentioned above...ignore the rules and u wil end up a turkey head lol

When I create my ebay accounts I usually list one or two low risk items right away. Sometimes I get the you need to call ebay but most of the time I don't. Just keep on making accounts some will be lucky some won't.
