Default Brand New PayPal Stealths Getting Confirm Identity Limit?

3 of my new PayPal Stealth's made within the last week got confirm identity limitations right after I sold my first item.

Their eBays all got MC999s that have been cleared, but every account I have ever created has gotten an MC999.

What is up with this? What should I do to clear the limitation,

It either says confirm some identity or call paypal?

Also, why am I getting these?

Let me add I never added a bank account to these paypals - I have used the same method over 10 times on stealths made in the past and have received much more at one time and as my first transaction.

There seems no way they could have linked me to other stealths.

Not sure, any one?

You need to slow down if u create a Paypal than go and create a ebay selling account and sell an item right away they know that it's a stealth account , you need to act like your a new ebay member and slowly work your way into becoming a seller that is build browsing history, cookies, etc. buyin a couple items you may need anyway looks good also and than after couple weeks some feedback from buying change to selling account.

Could it be the lack of a bank account?

I'm not saying it is because of this, I am just throwing it out there.

Is the only way to fix this by giving them the documents they request?

The MC999 is the request to call them so you would have to take this first step towards trying to get your accounts back - best of luck. You might get hit with documents later. Time will tell.

Assuming all of the stealth techniques were followed, I still see 2 problems here:

1 - No bank accounts were added to the PayPal account.
2 - Trying to sell the first week the account is opened looks suspicious to PayPal.

Oh fer... You can sell the same day just don't max out your selling limit in the first week, though these days if you do you'll get a message from ebay saying you've done a great job selling and how would you like to sell more and get a limit increase.

Your probably wondering why...Simple ebay is feeling the lose of sellers to to other sites like etsy and so forth so they are now trying to make it more inviting to sellers. As long as you don't try to pull any

ko crap it's smooth sailing ahead.

Get yourself a good VBA to verify your accounts, the ole E-trade account bit doesn't work so good any more and meta bank is a gone goose with paypal.

Selling fast with an name brand or expensive item, or listing in a risky category can do this.

First thing first is you cannot and should not list anything until you are fully verified because they want a back up source in case you dont pay your ebay fees or have to pay for a return and dont have money to do so.

Backup funding is a back thing with pp and you need this done before listing.

Ideally, and in the old days, a new seller would not do too much unless the paypal attched to the ebay account was fully verified ( by bank account) and confirmed (by vcc). There was an element of trust for paypal before anything got done with ebay.

Those sellers who practise that are amongst those rarely on here voicing concerns over suspension notices.

Or using your own bank account to verify - keeping the stealth name of the pp account. Vba is an option but with your own bank account, you can actually withdraw monies to it.
