Default New under 30 days PayPal acc limited - Require Confirm Identity, CC, Invoices & etc

Hi folks,

After careful reading through Stealth Book and weeks of planing, I have set up my 1st stealth acc almost 4 weeks ago. PP acc had a limitation before due to $1000 dollar Anti-laundry laws in Australia, only had that removed about 4 days ago, received few payments on & off eBay, today, my PP acc was limited and require all these documentations:
1. Confirm bank acc
2. Confirm CC
3. Proof DOB
4. Ban acc statement
5. CC statement
6. Proof address
7. Proof invoices
8. Supplier contact info
9. Proof of delivery

The only thing that can be obtained easily is proof of DOB, as the acc is registered with a friend's name, but the others seems impossible to provide.
The bank acc is under my real name, so I'll need to ⊗⊗⊗⊗ my friend name for statement.
CC is a post office reloadable VISA card, I won't be able to get any statement right?
Proof of address, my friend doesn't live in the address registered with PP
Invoices, some stuff I have sold don't have any invoices, purchased from my connect in China, never had invoices, but could make something up?
Supplie info, shall I ⊗⊗⊗⊗ it with a friend's name & number? What if I submitted an overseas address and phone no?
Proof of delivery, I have sold one recharge voucher on eBay, which was delivered via email? How can I provide proof of delivery?

There were 4 transactions they have mentioned in the case,
1. eBay sold recharge card, $8.20
2. Some products sold to my previous regular buyer, $1430
3. Again, products sold to a diff regular buyer, $1390
4. Today eBay sale - but was canceled due to payment review determined unauthorized $599. (also how the fuk can I provide proof delivery when PP has canceled this transaction and reversed the payment??)

Please, if anyone could help me to go through this situation, I have now got $2700 hold by PP. It would be also helpful if anyone explain to me what went wrong to let PP limited my acc and ask for so many docs, is it becuz too much money involved? So I won't get the same BS with my other new stealth acc.

Thanks a million times to anyone can help me out!

Hi bro, others i dont think i can help but:

'Invoices, some stuff I have sold don't have any invoices, purchased from my connect in China, never had invoices, but could make something up?"

Get some address in china (letter head) & get the invoices DIY.

Yes, had to make something up for sure. Didn't want to risk it, so want to verify if they will work with people who has done it. I'm sure there are people have expericened same or similar limitations.

Did you miss the part where you were suppose to sell low price non risky items at the start of a new account?

You have been asked for a ton of stuff and need to provide it or move on to another backup account.

This time sell low price items as you build the account trust.

Ok, that's what I have been thinking lately. I have been taking it slow on eBay, didn't realize this on PP, plus I had no other way to accept those payments.

So if I was going to submit those documents, would that be ok?

Also what if I move on with my other account? That means the linked eBay Wont be able to use again right? What will happen with the $2700 I have got in my account?

Thanks Sandy & Burst!

Seems like you fell to Paypal holding your money and making interest on it. If you cannot provide the information for them to remove the limit from your account. you will have to wait 180 days for them to release the money, than you will be-able to withdraw the money to your bank account. So don't close that bank account.

Ok seems like I have to fight for it.

About supplier info, my real supplier is actually a friend, can I supply PP with his name, phone number & address?

Supply the invoices as needed. You have that correct

BTW, do you have x2 accounts with troubles?

If so, re-read stealth & freshen up on practices.

Be careful

My second stealth PayPal just got limited as well. Asking the similar documents from the first one, except they asking for business documents & fax information about your business.

This account, I have sold less than $400 in the past 3 weeks.

What could be the reason?

If you are certain that the 2 accounts cannot be linked to each other in anyway, then it is likely what you are selling - is it the same line of products as the 1st account?

Not really, as the first acc got limited real quick with those high amount of invoice payments received before I start to sell on eBay.

Could the reason for the second acc been limited due to not upload tracking to PP for 10 eBay items?
