They are fine. Only needs to change by one number. You will end up getting the same IP a lot though, so try to get a wider range if you are using a lot of stalths.

That is very normal. If the subnet mask is a Class C, then you will definitely be within the same range, but if the subnet mask is supernetted, then you can get IPs all-over the place.
