Will I be able to sell if my Ebay account is registered in UK, but paypal is in another country? Both real accounts on the same name. The reason for this Paypal has foreign credit card and bank account attached to it. Or can i just change the address on Paypal and leave foreign credit/bank details on it?

It's my pal's account, he gave it to me, he used to live in UK, but now lives in Estonia (EU), can it still work if I just change address on Ebay and Paypal, but leave bank details in place which belong to Estonian bank?
