Is it safe to use an address with active paypal / ebay account but under a different name?

You mean to register a new eb acc to address, that already has another member registered at the same address? If that's the case, I don't see a problem, as long as the other account is not suspended.

Ebay and paypal. But what if the other account gets suspended or restricted in the future? I'm just worried about that. It is of course under a completely different name and bank account.
