Ebay (UK) stealth account- help needed

gone through the stealth ebook and read on the forums. Just needed clarification on a few points:

1- i follow all the guidelines, such as chainging IP, new user account on laptop. Would i risk linking account to my old banned one, if i used my real name for the new account but at a different address, new email and number etc?

2- I dont understand the whole deal with VCC.... I understand paypal cant see the bank name and address so i could open a ebay account at a friends house with his real name ( so i can do paypal verification at £1900) but have my bank linked with the PP. why could i not link the debit card of that account to this PP account?

i dont understand where the need for a VCC is?

also if i was to buy a ebay account how would that work, with password an locations etc. with my IP i would have to buy a account registered with manchester....

1. Changing IP & user account is correct. How common or popular is your real name & last name? If you want to use it, you have to think about this.

2. If you use a normal card, the card address & details would need to match the info on paypal so you cannot use it. That is why VCC is a better option.
It is NOT a good idea to use family or friends information on anything. We will ALL advise you against this.
You cannot use a card that has been on an old or suspended paypal account. Same applies to a bank account.

When you buy an account you should receive everything used to open those accounts.
If you buy from a UK seller on the forum, your IP should not be a problem.

OP, whilst having access to the address is desirable, it does not guarantee you will get a 100 item selling limit on the account.

How did you have the limits increased - requested, called, or...?
