Using Twitter for traffic on Stealth accounts

I have been sending traffic to my accounts through twitter, I use bitly for the link I was wondering if this could link the accounts if I use one twitter for two accounts? ( I have been doing this for two accounts that I believe are already linked, so far no official link though)

You will only ever find out that they are linked if one gets suspended as the other will go down shortly afterwards.

Manual review could lead to issues but I doubt that the automatic "bots" are on a twitter search...for now
