Linking 400 GMail accounts to the same outlook?

Hi -

As the title suggests, I'd like to hook 400 Gmail accounts to the same outlook program.

I'd like to configure them with POP3 so that instead of checking 400 gmails every day to see what happened on my accounts, I can just download all the messages from all 400 accounts at the same time and that would prevent me from logging in and out of each gmail account.

My concern is that the outlook program will link all the accounts and all 400 of my gmails will get banned.

Is anyone doing anything like this? Any input from anyone more knowledgeable than me?

I have seen this option and initially did a few but I became a bit paranoid about potentially replying to wrong e-mails and such so I stopped - I prefer keeping all separate

Personally I rather hook up 400 gmail accounts to 1 gmail account. The labels and filters are cool. I never reply directly through my main gmail account though.

It is possible to manage multiple emails in one place. Outlook is not the best solution.

I use thunderbird and have 47 email accounts on it. Helps me know what accounts have orders then I know what account to process my order at.

Same as what I do, easy enough to use.

Yup and it's FREE!

And I put teamviewer on my computer and on my smartphone I just got and when in Public I can just log in and look to see if I got any orders scrolling down on thunderbird. :cheer:

I want to do the same thing.

But my question is - are they all gmail accounts?

I am worried that checking all those gmail accounts at the same time from the same IP from the same user account will raise a red flag with google. I've been blanket banned by Gmail before (for having like 30 accts activated by the same phone #) and it was the worst thing that's ever happened to me.

Why don't you just forward all of them to one email?
Google isn't going to ban you for having too many email accounts as long as you don't use them to send mass spam and similar activities.

Yes all gmail accounts. Don't get YAHOO because you got to pay $30 a year for that extra option or else you can't do it. It's why all my accounts are gmail accounts.

No no you can click on the program it self and then you just scroll down to view all accounts to see what ones got messages on them you can view the messages on them. Then let's say you got an email from a customer you may read it but if you want to reply you would log into that account on EB it self and reply on EB it self. Not from the email only view from the email nothing else. And the program with thunderbird and gmail is set up that it won't show images at all. It's how I have all of them set up. So that's what you want to do also. So no images show up on gmail using thunderbird or gmail it self. And you'll be safe I been doing this for over a year now. Outlook is over priced and has bugs thunderbird is made by the same people who made firefox and its FREE!!!!!!!! And works way better and it's smooth! And you can have as many gmails on it as you wish!

Regarding IP from google here is what happens. You'll get an email on that google account saying " Suspicious activities". Then all you do is go back to your main IP address of that google account and type this in in the URL BAR or have it to a website you own and just go to the website and click that link each time. Here it is: https://accounts.google.com/UnlockCaptcha (It's called CAPTCHA). This allows google to know that this was okay to log into that new IP Address as it's you, you could be traveling, or IP from work, and not home, etc. Then lets say you load up thunderbird with all those accounts and you get that password to insert and it's not working, what you want to do is go to that link on that account from your main IP address. Then come back on thunderbird from the new IP address and retype in the password and it will work without a problem.

No idea what kind of EB Accounts you are using. But I personally have over 45 SIM cards for my phone, because EB wants to send me a TEXT via phone before I can list my 1st item on EB so I use those numbers for google as well 1 number = 1 account = 1 EB. Your problem is you got lazy or cheap? lol ;) Who knows what your reason was but you can't do that. When you make all your new Gmail accounts you can set up the account that if password is lost or stolen you may set up even a yahoo account to get the password back if things go back or you are locked out! I set up my main yahoo to all the 4 dozen gmails just in case.

I hope this answers your question and it should, should you have any other questions feel free to ask here in the open forums. In case I typed something out no one also may not understand so everyone is CLEAR on what I just said and understands.

Thanks for reading GWW.

P.S. Time saver thread I just made, for people like you if you need it!
