It HIGHLY depends on your situation. If you sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items, then no this isn't an option for you. If you sell items that are regarded as high risk, then maybe this isn't for you. If you plan on defrauding eBay or PayPal, this isn't an option for you. If you plan on not paying your business taxes if it comes to that and leaving it to your friend or family member then NO this isn't for you. However if you can trust the person you're working with and they trust you to not screw them over then it's an option. Sure there are other ways to go about creating a new account, better ways, but this is still an option. Heck.. the way I used this was I asked a family member if I could setup an account using their personal account details. I was able to use their name, address and SSN with their permission. The account is still alive and running to this day with no issues. I don't sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items. I don't scam others or defraud eBay or PayPal and I pay the taxes. It's an option.. just don't be retarded about it and it can work.

What about the member who used his Dads SSN etc because the fool sold phakes dre beats and other items like it and lost his account. Only to burn his Fathers good name and SSN.

The Father then lost a ton of his retirement in the stock market crash of a couple years ago and tried to sell of his collection of items only to find out the rotten son ruined his name and his ebay account.

With or without permission no need to do this.
Try re-reading the post where I said it will be low risk items. Who said anything about selling anything ⊗⊗⊗⊗? I clearly stated I'm selling low risk items and everything would be done properly. That situation sucks but it obviously could have been prevented if that member had any common sense. You do illegal acts and eventually it will bite you in the rear end. Plain and simple.
