How can I sell high risk item in new stealth account?
What is the "safe" standard to sell it?
for example, 5 seller feedback, 1 month old, etc.

Quite the strong question there....you can't sell it on a new account.

"Safe" is such a relative term...

There is no "safe" standard. You will be always at risk.
The more the account is solid, aged, with an history, the better.

Depends what you mean by high risk.... are we talking the infamous headphone brand that shall not be named. If not, you probably won't be able to sell them. You need a SOLID account to sell high risk with a lot of feedback. Can be done on new accounts but it can lead to a lot of problems.

Yes you need to remember that selling counterfeits is illegal and could get you into a lot of trouble when caught.

If your items are legitimate and you can prove they are legitimate, then you might want to send a message to the VERO member asking for their permission to sell the item. That will avoid most of the eBay issues that come along with selling such items.

If you are selling counterfeits, then there is no "safe" way to sell such items. Forgetting about law enforcement, you will still have to deal with eBay/PayPal/Amazon and their security measures. They know which items are mass-produced by counterfeiters and they watch ALL accounts selling such items, especially NEW accounts. They will probably want to verify your identity and also know who your supplier is. They know the legitimate suppliers and will most likely call them to check to make sure you are a customer and that your items are legitimate.

Now, back to law enforcement for a sec... Remember, stealth WILL hide you from eBay and PayPal, but it WON'T hide you from law enforcement. And they are cracking down more and more on the sales of counterfeit merchandise.

Im not selling counterfeiters stuffs.. just Game.
I bought it from my supplier.(They should be legal but they cant prove it)
However, if I list "Game" in new account, and MC010 wiill come immediately.
How can I list it without MC010 and MC999?

Ebay assumes you are guilty until proven innocent. Your account won't last long selling high risk items without solid proof the items are legitimate

If I want to sell Stream game, Could I get the receipt from XXX SHOP(Real local shop) rather than Stream?

Could the receipt prove the item is legitimate?

If you are selling risky items, there is a high chance that they will eventually mc999 you.

If I bought account which is passing MC999(they have called and pass the MC999 before I bought the account), is it possible to sell the risky items?

Your confusing MC999 that involves calling in to verify account info....

The other MC999 is the kind that is given when Ebay takes your listing down. No account in the world is immune to this.

You can get away with it on a new account but it will cause problems. you will have listing take downs, suspensions, and eventually they're going to want you to verify that the supplier is legit. I guess it doesn't matter if you want to burn through accounts but long term its not a good strategy

If you were selling 1 or 2 such items, then eBay would probably accept those receipts. But if you are listing large volumes (and by large, I mean anything more than 10 - and the 10 do not have to be listed at the same time) then they will want to see a relationship with a wholesale supplier. If the item is simply cheaper in China than it is in the US, then you could make that point and maybe eBay would be OK with it.

It is just that with all of the counterfeits, eBay has become very hard on sellers who sell these types of items, even if they are 100% legitimate. I know people who sold legitimate DVD's that got banned by eBay because eBay didn't like their suppliers (closeout companies).

I would just add that just because someone you bought the "game" from tells you it is legitimate does not necessarily mean that it IS legitimate. Someone trying to sell counterfeits is not likely to admit they are selling counterfeits. Not that I am judging your supplier, the "game" may be 100% legitimate. I'm just saying you have to be careful when buying.

Don't sell uno cards! I guess that's high risk now days from what I read. Still laughing at how lame that is of Ebay to do that.

For high risk I would say anything over $40 on newer accounts might be high risk, anything with a brand name, or titles that have the word "iphone" or any type of phone name in it, anything that is below $1 on newer accounts, anything is hot selling I would say or a HOT ITEM. They might think you are just coming in to cash in and bail out.

One guy posted sim cards for .99 cents and got the account locked. Just really depends.

Try here if you want to build up the account first. Build it up for 3 months first get some feedback get some limits raised on their on and voila finito.

Do about a few items then after 3 months try listing other things? I am not sure what ebay time frame for aged accounts is but I'm guessing 3 months. I could be wrong. I never have a problem at all.

High risk items, a few examples:

DVD Box Sets
Disney DVD's (the classic animated ones)
New releases on DVD
Fitness programs sold on infomercials, such as the P90X, Shaun Insanity, Beachbody, etc.
Rolex watches
Ladies purses (brand names)
Razor blade cartridges
Jewelry (since most people cannot sell real gold from ⊗⊗⊗⊗ gold and real gems from ⊗⊗⊗⊗ gems)
Hot new "as seen on TV" items
Apple ANYTHING
Electronics (counterfeits and quality issues)
Autographs
Rare coins and stamps
Hot name brand apparel, such as FUBU, etc.

There is a ton of stuff that falls into the high-risk category. Basically, anything that is mass-produced by counterfeiters falls into that category. So does anything that can be easily ⊗⊗⊗⊗d, such as autographs and jewelry. Anything that can be mis-graded, such as rare stamps and coins, valuable comics and such. Anything having known quality issues.

This is not an exhaustive list, but it should give you an idea...

Go to iOf.fer.com

Take every featured category they have on their home page, then place the word "hot" in front of the category name. Now you have the official high-risk list.
