I have tried to open an ebay account keep getting 0/0 limits
 

I been opening accounts for 4 years and never had any problems this has been happening for over 2 months now. I tried opening one last night and got 0/0 limit. I am not linking any accounts together. I have 6 that i use now that are fine been running for over 6 months. But i can't open any new ones lately.

Stop using cheap phone providers? What credit card or prepaid gift card are you using and phone service?

Seems to be mostly with google voice.

So spend the extra few $$$$ and get an account that's well worth it. And pay $25 for the gift card.

You going to make money anyways spend a little more to earn a lot more! Don't be cheap about it. You get what you pay for.

i use tracfone that i know people been saying those phones are ok to use

i use a vanilla gift card it does cost 25 each time but i use the money on it for whatever

yeah i read them lol but I think it's the order i am doing the steps. I am going to have to rearrange my steps and see if i can get this done. Because time is running out till Christmas.

Another thing you can change the phone number on tracfone 4 times so i will try again.

yeah i would imagine they would if you go on line to tracfone.com you can change the number.

Very nice. Yeah I got European accounts only and just got in Canada. But well worth the look. Thanks I hope you get that 0/0 solved.

You have the right set up. I would take a look at the exact steps you are taking and in which order you are taking them. Also address is HUGE, so make sure you are using one that works.

yeah i used my cousins info he let me use his name and address. I am starting to think it could be microsoft office 2013 you think ebay can see it on my users.

1. I first create to user on my computer new ip. 2. I create the new yahoo email than get a name and address ready. 3. Create the ebay account than they just ask for the email only 4 . Than I look through items put 1 on watch than bid on 1 or 2. That's when I put the address because I am now bidding. 5. I wait few days for items to end like 4 days. 6. Listed my first item cheap item but didn't continue left it in drafts. 7. Couple days later Got an email saying sell free activate ur free selling clicked on link took me to ebay selling page. 8. Started my new listing it was a picture frame only 8 dollars free shipping. 9. Got asked for phone verification pin code used tracfone. 10. Than got passed to the paypal page do u already have or create. 11. I created new paypal entered my vanilla card. 12. Got switched back to ebay , automatically said u have sold pass ur limit 0/ 0.

Should create paypal first. No vcc or vba added to paypal before using it for ebay?

No I was asking if you attach vba and vcc to paypal before trying to sell. You should create paypal first add vba and vcc then create ebay and then sell.

Not that it matters, but I never create my paypal account first, so maybe it doesn't matter which one is created first.

Hmmm, I can't believe you are going thru all these steps and waiting days to start selling. I can make an active selling account and paypal in about 20 minutes.

I tried paypal before and after , both ways so it's something to do with the way im doing the order im going to try again do it a little different.

Yeah I use comcast high speed and netgear been logging every ip on paper. It's been fine for years just recently having issues.

Ok so I need both a vcc and vba someone told me card alone would do I guess I will try different ways. Tonight I am going to open ebay than paypal. But go through the link in email that says welcome to ebay than go to create my paypal which is a hyperlink inside that email. I will see the results afterwards , I feel this has turned into a slot machine game.

if it makes you feel any better, I've noticed a huge increase in 0/0's in the last two days, using my method that hadn't produced ANY 0/0's since they started handing them out like halloween candy

changes are definitely being made

Just to add a few more, you can't be linked in any of the following ways:
1. Printer
2. Underwear
3. Daily consumption of food

I agree, I have opened 40 accounts and 38 out of 40 had 10/1000 and opened ebay first.
Paypal last. And I dont take the days approach to opening the accounts. I open them within 20 minutes maybe 1/2 hour.
Its all in what steps you take and what works for you.

Let me know if that works for you, the card only works for me. The link thru the email is the way I do it.

Ok I will try tomorrow I was trying to get a good idea of the best way to approach this it does take patience that's for sure. But where there's a will, there's a way.

Your doing nothing wrong , but the address.
Made 5 yesterday, 2 of them got the 0/0
I used
-texting apps for number
- only vcc for PayPal
- converted to seller without listing

Your biggest diffrence is to make sure you have a solid address
It doesn't matter how you make the account, with tracfone or texting apps with or without vba none of that matters regarding the 0/0 limits(does matter for long term use)
I've talked to a couple of reps, when I asked why I got this 0/0,all of them mentioned,
They recently implemented their new verification system, and if name and address does not match you automatically get the 0/0

They also mentioned the name of the person should be near mid 20's for the system to automatically know your a real person, otherwise enough data hasen't been stored for the person yet if your under let's say 22,
They use a third party system to verify the address and name, that's how they pull the public records,

Yeah Khanxyz0z, I agree with you, their system has been getting more increased with security and I do believe their verification system is looking up each name in the database. But the only thing is i used my cousins info on his real address and he is in his upper 30's . The only thing i could think is that he might not have a deep background or maybe because he just moved there a year ago. I will try again i am going to use my tablet too. I think it will be a fresh start that's why this issue is making me superstitious

Switching to a different address for only year would not be enough time for agencies to collect data

try using a mobile hotspot of some sort. change the source of your ip, see if you still get the 0/0 after that.
