FYI - Accounts are at 60% with no phone, no VBA.

I have an account that would not let me print labels without adding a bank account. I logged out and logged back in and it was gone. Now this same account has a 21 day hold even after delivered etc.. I am going to add a VBA when I have time just out of curiosity.

I hear ya bro, I've been getting all kinds of crazy problems with Paypal, it seems like as soon as I get around one problem they throw another wrench at me! lol. I added a bank account to a new PayPal and got the following error:

We're concerned that someone is using your PayPal account without your knowledge. Please log in to PayPal to confirm your identity and review all your recent activity. Your quick response will help restore your account.

What's going on?

Your financial institution let us know that recent transfers between your PayPal account and your bank account were unauthorized. We want to make sure that you authorized any recent PayPal payments.

I have had this on few accounts, weirdly enough for one account I added the bank, but after the step it still wouldnt let me accept payment, clicked it umpteen times. I refunded then asked buyers to resed payment.
Account 2 I denied payment or leave it pending and after 30 days returned to buyer. Thing is you lose part of your selling allowance, real bummer if it only 10 on new account and you cant cancel transaction for seller fee reimbursement.

Requested details:

1. Not branded, not vero items.

2. I received 3 transactions of $15 each, all on the same day.

3. Account was VCC Verified as the only activity prior to receiving these payments.

Another detail - this was for receiving off-eB payments and was the first transaction on the account.

eliminate the 1 and 2 as mine were ebay sales.
It could be because it outwith any selling platform or is there a website you collecting payments on?

Did you get this message too? So far I'm the only one I've seen who's gotten it.

These were payments processed through a website button.

I have all sorts of interesting things going on with paypal. Its seems something differant on every account.
I have one account that no matter when the payment came in, including today, shows release on the 16th. Not after delivery, not after tracking uploaded, just December 16th..
