Public records questions

I have a stealth account thats about 8 years old. I keep getting the stupid "we are unable to verify this device" message. The last time I called, they just over rode it. This time she wanted to to public record questions. Somehow, she was not only able to pull up questions, but I somehow answered all 5 correctly. How could that be?

this is happening nearly all the time here in the UK to people who ring in, so fewer people are ringing in to try and get limits raised or with queries of one sort or another. Looks like we may be exporting it over to you in the US now!
