Hello i wanna get all my materials together before i sit down and start piecing my account together i know that
1. i have to use a new account on my computer
2. purchase a dedicated Fresh IP
3. purchase a VCC (i see people offering them as paypal VCC and ebay VCC im not sure which to buy)
4. Purchase a VBA to verify my paypal account
5. get a tracphone

( I already have a family members adress close by who doesnt use ebay or payapl so i have that , also my cousin gave me his old ebay account info its around 2 years old with 2 feedback i havent logged into it yet but i wanna know if i would be able to use this account and just act like a newbie for a while on it then change some info)

One thing to also look at long term is an EIN if you plan on selling close to the trigger for it.

okay so with all that stuff then how would i get a EIN im kind of confused since im just starting
