How do you manage so many different emails?

Forwarding all to one or two main emails?

Re: How do you manage so many different emails?

I use Mozilla Thunderbird for all my email accounts, it blocks all remote content (web beacons) so there's no risk of link to read all your eb/pp emails from 1 machine, as long as you don't click any links inside the emails.

If there's something you have to respond to, you just hop over to your user account/vm and take care of it there.

I forward all the stealth email accounts to a non-gmail account (zoho.com). Then just use a mail reader that blocks all inline content from showing.

Something about portable thunderbird doesn't work for me, after awhile it does not load new emails anymore, just checks for new emails and just gets stuck there. Anyone else have this problem?

I myself use netvibes.
Very convenient to monitor which accounts got mail.

Thunderbirds are Go......

Better than outlook as outlook is a bit slow and other stuff.

Portable Thunderbirds are Go is better I feel because if you have more than one computer.... ie. a laptop you take around with you (holidays, mates house, restaurant, boring mates house, boring partners house etc.) you can easily just copy the whole Thunderbirds are Go folder to your other device and its all good in the hood.

You get me :) You get me not....... You get me, you get me not

Love me, love me not...... I like picking petals of flowers does I :) xxxxxxxxxx

Re: How do you manage so many different emails?

I used to use my iPhone. I switched to using my 1st or 2nd generation iPod touch. I wanted to separate my personal email addresses from my ebay gmail accounts. It's worked quite well for the last two years or so.

I always just log into each email seperately and don't click on anything unless I'm on that account. I never foward, something might happen or click. It's hard working going back and forth and typing all day. Just do your best and have alot of energy. When you retire you can go to being lazy and not worry about anything.

What? How do you answer the emails from your phone? I mean is that account stealth or what?

--

I know that the thunderbird and aquamail is a GO for me. But i do NOT answer any of the emails because I am concerned it will link my account.

Thoughts? It would be super convenient to answer all correspondence directly from my phone. =))))

Re: How do you manage so many different emails?

I use iPhone with gmail app which allows up to 8 gmail emails addresses. You can add or remove an account any time. But max is 8. The convenience is just hitting reply to whichever account they come, so no signing in and out or any of that....

Actually I rarely answer any messages on ebay directly unless I happen to be on it at that time... Can do it from anywhere.... Sometimes when I'm sitting on the toilet... yea know multi-tasking.... LOL

Re: How do you manage so many different emails?

I also add 10 gmail accounts in my android phone and I see all messages from there. Also using gmail notifier on my laptop. I can't understand how ebay will link any account if you never log in it from that device and only look what is written in the message. I did that from a years..

Re: How do you manage so many different emails?

I set a forward service in gmail, and it all gets redirected to one email account in thunderbird - filters in Thunderbird than redirect it to the right folder set up specifically for that gmail account. This way, it's super easy to check all 10 different accounts in one go. Check email, click the next folder, check, click the next folder, etc.
