Default Name of the business owner

Hey.
If one Amazon account got banned, in amazon UK. Then, i'm going and opening new business, bank account etc. but the thing is that the business owner name is the same band name....

**I'm opening a new business for that purpose, because i know the sales volume is going to be pretty big...

So why don't you make up a business name, print of sales receipts and then put all your transactions and sales history paperwork through the REAL business?

Doesn't matter what business name you give to Amazon UK / EU - you could run 100 accounts and print all the paperwork and put through 1 real business.

That's why it is far better to do business on Amazon and Paypal / Ebay as a sole trader versus a Ltd company.

Where you getting your information from?

Has nothing to do with what how much you sell, you will just pay more tax.

Perfectly fine to sell as a sole trader.

tax isn't even much more for a sole trader now they put dividends tax up. Only issue is if you get into debt its your problem rather than the companies, like if you get sued or owe hmrc or suppliers money you can get away with just closing the company rather than going bankrupt yourself

HMRC go after directors if they are owed taxes regardless of it being a Ltd

Well I meant the company owing money, most of the tax you pay 'yourself' is from the company with your salary getting taxed as corp tax/dividends rather than all paye.

They very rarely go after directors anyway
