Hosting suspension complaint

I got a message from my hosting of vps server they suspended my accounts due to complaints. I use only for stealth paypal and ebay and one time tested for stealth skrill.
Any advice or experience guys

Only time I ever heard of complaints were when someone/company was looking for the user/person and contacted the server/hosting company due to fraud.

I could be wrong.

They have re-opened now, i dont know complaint subject since i am using VPN provider he had informed me about their hosting suspended account due to complaints. I am only using stealth paypals
