dispute in my eBay account

Hello guys, I have a seller account that is 4 months old. So far, I have sold 20 items, all of which were successfully completed. I received 8 positive 5-star feedback, and the rest did not give any ratings. I think they do not care about the ratings, but my account has absolutely no problem with sending or receiving items or delays in shipping. I want to ask. A buyer opened a dispute. He did not receive the shipment because the shipping company is not listed on eBay. In the end, eBay intervened and ended the dispute in favor of the buyer. I lost the item and the money was returned to the buyer. This does not matter to me. What matters to me is the health of my account. Can my account be suspended and how many Disputes until my account is suspended. I ask for help from people with experience and those who have gone through this before. Thank you

any time you get Ebay involved to resolve a case is one strike against you.
meaning it is better to just refund the buyer if you have no tracking before Ebay does it for you.
I recall 3 strikes is bad news.
if you are using a carrier not known to Ebay,I think you can enter the name of t he carrier ,its website where Ebay can go and track,if it does not have a website or online tracking,you have to produce some proof and show it to Ebay

That is correct, also a new account with about 3 strikes will put you below average and your sales will be restricted which on a new account would be very damaging. Tip for the future use shipping that eBay offers as it can be tracked and these cases will not be an issue.

After some dispute may receive the mc011 which is not suspension but they limit till not provide the tracking in all the otders that show delivered

this depends on the item price , ebay have a high tolerance if it is very cheap items so that the account health deteriorates and they allow time to improve

on expensive items you get easily restricted or suspended even if the account health is above average because it is a matter of risk management , this may even happen because of regular disputes that did not result in any strikes

with low price items,it also depends on how many disputes are open.

update. Eventually, my account was suspended indefinitely, but I created a new account in hopes of continuing to sell again.
