dispute in my eBay account
Hello guys, I have a seller account that is 4 months old. So far, I have sold 20 items, all of which were successfully completed. I received 8 positive 5-star feedback, and the rest did not give any ratings. I think they do not care about the ratings, but my account has absolutely no problem with sending or receiving items or delays in shipping. I want to ask. A buyer opened a dispute. He did not receive the shipment because the shipping company is not listed on eBay. In the end, eBay intervened and ended the dispute in favor of the buyer. I lost the item and the money was returned to the buyer. This does not matter to me. What matters to me is the health of my account. Can my account be suspended and how many Disputes until my account is suspended. I ask for help from people with experience and those who have gone through this before. Thank you
