This is one of those rare cases I agree with Ebay (not on their new seller defect system but on evaluating you as below standard). Any seller who passes their failures onto their customer and penalizes their customer for their own bad business plan, deserves to fail.
Your only option to save your business is to take the occasional loss when it is your mistake. Most good business men will take losses from time to time (even when it is the customer's fault) to satisfy their customers and it pays dividends. If you cannot withstand these losses then you need to rethink your business plan.
