WooHoo Ebay did something good. Where is the catch?

Anyone else been enrolled on the trial for the new returns system which allows you to change the customers return reason to opt to pay for postage etc.

I havent had a return since I was signed up, but looking forward to see how it works, as I regularly get conned for return postage for buyer remorse.

But as with eBay, there will be something in it for them, so I'm wondering where the catch is.

My best account was automatically enrolled when concierge launched. They said I can opt out if I wanted to. I don't think I've processed any returns since then but I'll report back if I notice anything astounding.
