Personal DHL account

Does anyone here have their own personal DHL accounts? How does it compares to the quotes you get from supplier from China.

I was gonna order some small stock and the supplier (A) quoted $115 for DHL while another stock that is a bit heavier buy another supplier (B) was given a DHL quote of $75.

Dhl rates are depends how much you import, if you import good amount their rates are much batter then any Chinese supplier

It's works on discount as their rates are fixed but normally they offer 60 to 70% or even 80% discount
