How do you manage to set up an account and receive a payment in such a short timescale?
I usually wait a minimum of 7-10 days before listing items | There is absolutely no problem listing an item as soon as you create an ebay account. It is a total myth if anyone tells you different. I have operated that way for many years with no issues. |

It is a myth you have to wait, just like it is a myth you have to add a card to your paypal.
Quite easy to run strong accounts without doing either. |
| muckingfuppet | 05-10-2017 04:20 AM | Re: PayPal accounts limited after first sale Can I suggest using a seperate thread for discussing when to list or not. OP and I do it different ways and we have the same problem. Thank you.
FWIW, I have disabled LSOs on my phone and have turned off flash cookies in each user account and the limitations have stopped. |

I'm very very sorry that you felt attacked. |

I go to try this way on my notebook. |
Re: PayPal accounts limited after first sale You can list straight away on an account, but I always find that my aged accounts are way less likely to encounter problems.
My first listing on an account is always something innocuous, a second VHS tape or something |

Thanks! |
| muckingfuppet | 05-10-2017 06:20 PM | Re: PayPal accounts limited after first sale I had every account limited for 4 weeks, then I disabled flash cookies and deleted flash cookies in every user account and turned off locally stored objects in my phone. Since then, no limitations. |

Regards. |

| JustRain | 05-12-2017 02:49 AM | Re: PayPal accounts limited after first sale I've had the same issues for the last few weeks, even limiting already established stealths. I run all my Stealths on VPS's and there is absolutely 0 linkage in my accounts, outside of my VPS's provider.
The VCC's are prepaid master cards that are each bought separately. My only thought is PayPal is tightening down on their end. |
